Security Measures
Last updated: 7 September 2026
This page summarises the security and access controls Service en Place applies.
Service en Place applies a range of security and access controls, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Controls we apply
We apply a range of controls, including:
- Account authentication through Clerk.
- Role and permission controls, including sensitive permissions for high-risk data.
- Audit events for selected sensitive operations and data-request lifecycle actions; coverage is not universal.
- Upload lifecycle controls and an AI processing boundary.
- Safe logging and analytics controls that avoid storing sensitive values.
- Security response headers and a content security policy.
- Authenticated in-app data-request actions are recorded in the request workflow; support-email contents are not ingested automatically.
No guarantee of absolute security
No service can guarantee absolute security. We work to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Selected sensitive operations and data-request lifecycle actions generate audit events. This is not a claim that every activity is logged or that audit/security records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Service en Place does not claim formal external certifications or penetration testing unless and until separately confirmed.
