Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
Service en Place is an operational decision-support product. These terms govern access to and use of the service.
These pages are early-access drafts written by the engineering team and are not solicitor-approved.
The service
Service en Place helps operators capture operating records, prepare drafts, and act on operating pressure. It is a support tool.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Access may be structured around organisations, memberships, workspaces, and role-based permissions.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
You must not use the service to scrape, harvest, or bypass the access controls of any third-party platform unlawfully or against that platform's terms.
Your data and uploads
You remain responsible for the data, inputs, and documents you place into the platform, and confirm you have the right to use and submit them.
You should not place unnecessary guest or staff personal data into operating records.
AI-assisted outputs
AI-assisted outputs are drafts. Review and confirm them before relying on them.

Draft payroll support only. Verify hours, rates, deductions, and statutory obligations before using anything outside Service en Place. This is not payroll, tax, legal, or HR advice, and it is not HMRC-ready payroll software.
Guest feedback and review links
Where you record guest feedback or use source/reply links, you are responsible for how you attribute, contact, or respond, and for complying with the relevant platform's terms.
Integrations
Connect only accounts you are authorised to manage.
